Administrative Analyst



Small, local, government contractor is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our TEAM! Successful candidate must possess proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, writing, and editing skills to edit and/or initiate a wide range of technical documents, reports and presentation materials that affect logistics, maintenance, training, fleet support, and management oversight of Naval systems. In addition, the successful candidate must be highly organized and will be responsible for initiating and tracking procurements. Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.

Electrical Engineer



Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc., has enjoyed the privilege of providing excellent support to our Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) customers since 2001. We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Electrical Engineer (EE) to perform engineering duties in support planning and designing of electrical functioning of all electrical aspects of Naval Sonar equipment. This position will support systems installation, operations, maintenance, and electrical repairs of equipment, systems and subsystems. Assist in ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements. Prepare technical drawings, schematics, interconnect diagrams, and specifications of systems to ensure that system installation and operations conform to DOD standards and customer requirements. This position requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. This position is full time, Monday–Friday with an excellent benefit package! Compensation is based on experience.

Electrical/Mechanical Technician



Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc., has enjoyed the privilege of providing excellent support to our Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) customers since 2001. We are looking for a Junior or Mid-Level Electronics Technician that will provide technical support for engineers engaged in research, design, development, testing, overhauling, and refurbishment support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Mine Warfare (MIW) and Technical Support programs. The Technician will assist engineers in the development and fabrication of electronic, electrical, and mechanical prototypes, subassemblies, components, parts, equipment, and systems. Technical tasks are performed in contractor or government facilities that are within the United States and abroad. This position requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. This position is full time, Monday–Friday with an excellent benefit package! Compensation is based on experience.
