Documentation Specialist




We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Mid-Level Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will perform mid-level technical writing and editing to prepare documents supporting the acquisition, operation, and maintenance of technically sophisticated U.S. Navy systems, while also providing vital administrative, procurement, and shipping support for our Navy and Marine Corps programs. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical documentation skills, including hands-on experience with Adobe FrameMaker. This position requires independent thinking, diligence, accurate attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems independently with minimal supervision. This position requires a Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Drafter




We are seeking experienced Drafters to work closely with a team of Drafters and Engineers to recreate government-provided 3D models in SolidWorks. The Drafters will review the models to ensure the correct mates and features are present, prior to importing the model views into the government-provided template. Each part will be reviewed to determine the correct part number so that part properties can be assigned to the model. This process will support the auto-population of the Bill of Materials (BOM). Additionally, bubble callouts and dimensions will be added. A strong proficiency in SolidWorks as well as drafting skills using SolidWorks are paramount to the success of the Drafters. The ideal candidates will enjoy the challenge associated with working with files created by others, conducting analysis of the part numbers, and ensuring compliance with government-furnished standards and templates. Although the Drafters will work with existing files rather than creating technical drawings from the ground up, this support is significant to our Department of Navy customers. Engineering Technician, Junior




We are looking for a Junior Engineering Technician that will provide technical support for engineers engaged in research, design, development, testing, overhauling, and refurbishment support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Mine Warfare (MIW) and Technical Support programs. The Technician will assist engineers and other technicians in the development and fabrication of mechanical, electronic, and electrical prototypes, subassemblies, components, parts, equipment, and systems. Technical tasks are performed in contractor or government facilities within the United States and abroad. This position requires a Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Financial Analyst




We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and focused Mid-Senior Level Financial Analyst who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment. The person who fills this Financial Analyst position will provide support in the following areas: program budget and progress tracking, as well as financial tracking and reporting. This person will provide support to high-ranking NSWC PCD personnel by using Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting to identify areas of risk to costs, schedule, and performance. They will support the development of program progress tracking using financial data available from government-owned, web-based tools. Logistician




We are looking for a Mid-Senior Level Logistician with experience providing lifecycle supportability analysis and documentation development support for U.S. Navy systems. This position focuses specifically on responsibilities including Reliability-Centered maintenance (RCM) analyses, Level of Repair Analyses (LORAs), Maintenance Plans, Life Cycle System Plans (LCSPs), Interactive Electronic Repair Manuals (IETMs), Demilitarization (DEMIL) Plans, and Preventative Maintenance (PM) documentation such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses and Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRCs). This forward-thinking, proactive Logistician will work closely with our government-industry team to also develop high-level master schedules, evaluate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) to determine logistics impacts and funding allocations for system design changes, and track compliance with government certification decision criteria for logistics products. Additional support may include developing provisioning packages building/updating files using configuration data management tools participating in working groups and providing support to the government ILS Manager. Mechanical Engineer




We are seeking a motivated and dependable Junior-Mid Level Mechanical Engineer to work closely with Senior Engineers engaged in research, design, development, testing, overhauling, and refurbishment support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Expeditionary Maneuver (EXMAN) programs. Our mechanical engineers assist with the design, build, maintenance, and testing of U.S. Naval and Marine Corps systems and subsystems. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to ongoing efforts within the project and immediately make significant contributions in areas such as: system/subsystem layout and/or redesign, 3-D modeling, drawing reviews, and similar support.

The Junior-Mid Level Mechanical Engineer may also be involved in collecting and analyzing engineering data, creating and maintaining databases, preparing engineering data and materials to support briefings, and generating reports and associated documents for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps programs. This position requires independent thinking, diligence, and a strong grasp of engineering fundamentals. Software Integrator




We are looking for a proactive Software Integrator to provide technical support in the requirements definition, design, development, integration, and testing of command, control, and communication systems as well as their associated simulators and stimulators. The focus for this individual will be to support system integration of sophisticated United States naval software. The ideal candidate has experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Network Mapper (Nmap), Netcat, Wireshark, and Private Key Infrastructure (PKI). The range of responsibilities will include but are not limited to firewall configurations, resolving network errors, generating and maintaining PKI, and supporting Redundant Arrays of Independent Disks (RAID) configurations. In addition, this position also requires strong technical document writing skills. This project is exciting, challenging, interesting, and requires the ability to easily adapt to change.
