Documentation Analyst, Mid-Level




We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team with mid-level technical writing and editing skills to prepare technical documents that support the testing, integration, operation, and maintenance of technically sophisticated U.S. Navy systems. In this position, the Documentation Analyst will be embedded with the technical team and will become extremely familiar with all aspects of Naval systems. They will be challenged to use and improve their writing skills to edit and initiate writing a variety of documents that will be used by government and fleet personnel. In this position, the Documentation Analyst will develop coherent, easy-to-follow procedures, following Navy instructions, policies, and procedures. This requires adhering to specification requirements and scope and independently developing the initial draft of documents that align with the government’s standards. Prior experience supporting the Department of the Navy is a plus.

Engineering Technician, Junior




We are looking for a Junior Engineering Technician that will provide technical support for engineers engaged in research, design, development, testing, overhauling, and refurbishment support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Mine Warfare (MIW) and Technical Support programs. The Technician will assist engineers and other technicians in the development and fabrication of mechanical, electronic, and electrical prototypes, subassemblies, components, parts, equipment, and systems. Technical tasks are performed in contractor or government facilities within the United States and abroad. This position requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Hardware/Software Technician (Part-Time)




We are seeking a part-time Mid-Senior Level Hardware/Software Technician experienced in providing In-service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support for U.S. Navy programs for hardware technical refresh, system production, and participation in fielding events. This individual will support the build-up of new hardware for production, provide on-site support to deliver systems to the fleet, conduct system verification operational tests, configure network settings, modify software configurations, and occasionally provide just-in-time training. This position requires a Department of Defense/Department of War (DoD/DoW) Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

IT Cybersecurity Specialist




We are looking for a highly qualified, highly skilled Information Technology (IT) Cybersecurity Specialist with experience working in the Department of War (DoW). The IT Cybersecurity Specialist will become a member of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Cyberspace Information Technology/Cybersecurity Workforce (CIT/CSWF). As such, this person is instrumental in: assisting with technology vulnerability identification and remediation preparing, updating, and maintaining Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation, including Authority to Operate (ATO) packages, within in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) tool and performing security technical implementation guide (STIG) and information assurance vulnerability management (IAVM) monitoring and implementation.

Mechanical Engineer, Senior (Part-Time)




We are seeking a highly experienced part-time Senior Mechanical Engineer to work closely with our government-industry team to help guide the certification process for shipboard equipment. The primary focus of this role is to serve as subject matter expert in certifying naval systems by analysis, with an emphasis on Grade B shock using Dynamic Design Analysis Method (DDAM). The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge to derive design solutions from documents such as Critical Item Product Functional Specifications (CIPFS). A non-exhaustive list of additional support includes conducting complex shock analysis, lend expertise and make recommendations concerning analysis standards (e.g., NAVSEA 0908-LP-000-3010), support analytical efforts to certify new equipment for shipboard use, support flow and thermal analysis, and translate CIPFS documents and other high-level requirements into tangible design solutions and verifiable technical specifications. This position requires a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

We are looking for a capable Receptionist to join our administrative team. This individual must be detail oriented, energetic, honest, skilled in Microsoft Office, a strategic problem solver, a team player, flexible, professional, and have excellent communication skills. Daily operations will include, but are not limited to, the following: answering telephones, transferring calls, taking messages, greeting customers and guests upon arrival, ensuring proper sign-in of customers and guests, assisting with procurements, and clerical day-to-day administrative support activities necessary to accomplish the work of the organization.

Software/Network Specialist




We are looking for an energetic and proactive Junior or Mid-Level Software/Network Specialist to provide technical support in the requirements definition, design, development, integration, and testing of multiple U.S. Navy systems’ baselines to include supporting multiple software and hardware versions. Software engineering tasks include participating in the software development lifecycle for design and development of new programs as part of the Design Agent, as well as support for operational systems as part of the Software Support Activity (SSA) and will encompass designing, developing, programming and testing of software programs in accordance with specific Software Development Plans. The ideal candidate will have experience with programming and networking, system setup, loading software, documenting software design, tracking trouble tickets, and supporting software configuration management. Network engineering tasks will include supporting the integrity of network infrastructures, monitoring network performance, and collaborating with the cybersecurity team to protect data and implement security measures. This Software/Network Specialist will also provide support for software installation, integration with other applications, troubleshooting issues, and establishing network configuration. This project is exciting, challenging, and interesting that requires the ability to easily adapt to change.
