The IPS Seaport Enhanced Team consists of three proven performers: Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc., Colmek Systems Engineering, and Technical Systems Integration, Inc. For more information on each partner, read the brief synopsis below, or view the company website by clicking on the logos.

IPS is a woman-owned, small business. Incorporated in 2001, IPS has their corporate office in Panama City, FL. IPS consistently provides dedicated, responsive Littoral Warfare systems support to NSWC-PC. IPS has demonstrated its ability to perform high quality work on approximately 40 purchase and delivery orders in support of the SEAPORT Enhanced Statement of Work (SOW) functional areas. The company employs personnel with a wide variety of skill sets, including T&E, mechanical and aerospace engineers, logistics specialists, engineering technicians, computer specialists, safety specialists, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) specialists, and management analysts. IPS personnel possess in-depth Fleet experience and hands on experience with both R&D and In-Service Navy systems supporting a wide variety of Littoral Warfare programs, including Surface Mine Countermeasures, Sea Mines and others.

 

IPS develops solutions to a wide variety of customer problems. Such solutions involve the development and utilization of unique software, hardware, manning, logistics, training and project planning tools.  IPS personnel develop electronic technical manuals, training material, customized databases, and project planning solutions.

   

As a small business established in 1977, Colmek Systems Engineering (Colmek), has been solving system-critical problems in the defense, research, and exploration communities for over 25 years.  Colmek offers Electrical, Mechanical and Software engineering services; with emphasis on ruggedization, software and hardware design for extreme operating environments.  Colmek provides printed circuit board layout, production and test, along with rugged chassis and cooling system design capability.  The company continues to offer a strong skill-set for the real-time embedded environment; including FPGA integration using both Verilog and VHDL, in-house IP-Core development, soft processor implementation on the FPGA platform, RT-Linux, uClinux, VxWorks and other RTOS.  The Colmek facility and employees carry the appropriate DoD security clearances.  As part of the IPS Team, Colmek is focused on providing cost-effective, real world hardware and software solutions that work for the long term.

 

 

Technical Systems Integration, Inc. (TSI) is a disabled veteran-owned, small business. TSI specializes in engineering, technical, programmatic support, system integration and integrated logistics support (ILS) for the Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial contractors. Incorporated in 1993, TSI operates four offices: Corporate Headquarters and a division office located in Chesapeake, VA; an on-site office on Naval Station Norfolk; a division office located in Panama City, FL; and a division office located near NAS Patuxent River, MD. TSI provides ILS and technical consulting to Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) and Organic Airborne Mine Countermeasures (OAMCM) programs. TSI involvement begins by assisting the weapons systems manufacturer create their technical and logistics requirements. TSI then develops logistics and support plans, technical manuals, and ILS documentation, along with associated training design, development, and implementation. Finally, TSI identifies and documents facilities requirements for systems integration. TSI has demonstrated its diversity in supporting Navy programs, as well as, delivering logistics products for the other Armed Services. TSI has always provided well-managed, flexible, customer-oriented and cost-effective approaches to business. By minimizing the levels of management, TSI achieves efficiency, accuracy, and a real-time exchange of information to meet customer requirements.

 

Anteon Corporation provides a broad depth of capabilities and experience to answer requirements of SeaPort Enhanced customers.  Information Technology and Systems Engineering Solutions and Services are Anteon's core business and focus areas.  Within those areas Anteon designs integrates, maintains and upgrades state-of-the-art systems for national defense, intelligence, emergency response and other high priority government missions.  Anteon also provides many government clients with the systems analysis, integration and program management skills necessary to manage their mission systems development and operations.

 

    

HI-Test Laboratories, Inc. was established in 1975 in Everett, WA.  In 1979, HI-TEST moved its main operations to Virginia with the purchase of the Newport News Industrial shock test facility in Arvonia, VA.  The Arvonia Test Facility includes two fresh water test basins for heavy weight and UNDEX shock testing and a lightweight shock machine as well as fabrication, machine shop and instrumentation facilities.  Since that time, HI-TEST has fabricated and installed a medium weight shock machine and a large capacity MIL-STD-167-1, Type I vibration table capable of testing loads up to approximately 70,000 pounds on a 16' x 16' table, the largest in the nation.  Hi-Test also has an Intermediate Floating Shock Platform (IFSP) and supporting facility to test loads in excess of 100,000 pounds.  Hi-Test is the only commercial facility approved by NAVSEA to conduct the full range of shock testing (lightweight, medium weight and heavyweight) in accordance with MIL-S-901D and certified by our local Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) representative to conduct vibration testing in accordance with MIL-STD-167.  HI-TEST has conducted over one thousand test and evaluation projects in underwater shock, and shipboard vibration, has conducted hundreds of analyses in the structural dynamics field, and has written and published technical documents to report each.
