• JUNIOR ANALYST

IPS is currently seeking a Junior Analyst. Ideal position for a recent college graduate in business or engineering. Experience in data base or webpage design preferred.

• PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

IPS is currently seeking a Process Improvement Specialist.  Candidate must have experience in implementations of one or more of the following process improvement methodologies:  Lean Management (manufacturing or other), Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.  Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field.  Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus.  Experience in improvement methodology training also a plus.

• SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT

IPS is currently seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt for assistance in a long term Lean Six Sigma implementation contract.  Candidate must have Six Sigma implementation experience.  Experience in Lean Management and/or Theory of Constraints a plus.  Candidate must have at minimum a Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field.  Experience in Black Belt training also a plus.

• PROGRAM / MANAGEMENT ANALYSTS

IPS is currently seeking Program/Management Analysts for support on multiple business and technical service contracts.  Candidates must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and strong time management skills.  Candidates must be experienced with Microsoft Office products.  Candidates must have at least four years experience in a professional environment.  A BS or BA may substitute for experience. 

• ILS SPECIALIST

IPS is seeking personnel with experience providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for US Navy programs.  Experience in US Navy provisioning, maintenance planning, supply support, packaging, handling, transportation, configuration management and logistics planning a plus.  Experience with littoral or mine warfare systems also desired.  Familiarity with Microsoft Office necessary.  Multiple positions available in Panama City, Florida office.  
BS/BA Degree desired but not necessary.

• PROGRAM ANALYSTS

IPS is seeking personnel with experience providing program support for US Navy programs.  Experience with littoral or mine warfare systems also desired.  Multiple positions available in  Panama City, Florida office.  BS/BA Degree desired but not necessary.

• TECHNICAL ILLUSTRATOR

IPS is seeking a Technical Illustrator to develop, revise technical drawings and illustrations.  Experience with Auto-CAD, Pro-Engineering, Solid Works or similar technical design/drawing software required.
